Supervisor Certificate Program
The Supervisor Certificate Program is a competency driven
program that will assist in building general supervisory skills as well as the
basics of leadership behavior. The program consists of core competence-based
classes that focus on improving others, improving processes, and improving self
in order to increase an organization's productivity, improve efficiency, and
enhance employee morale.
