We are an old fashioned general store focused on building a true sense of community in the area. Through our home-cooked meals, expansive line of merchandise, and wide variety of monthly events, we aim to be a destination spot and a memorable experience for each and every customer who walks through our doors.
We are looking for someone to lead our hard-working team to greatness, and bring our store's vision to life.
Candidate will become a part of the store's family full-time, and be responsible for event planning and execution, filling the calendar with profitable events, and ensuring daily activities and responsibilities are carried out within the store and restaurant. He/she must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, a creative mind, and EXCELLENT people skills. We are seeking someone with a BIG personality, strong leadership skills, and over-the-top creativity.
We would prefer someone with retail experience, but will train the right person if necessary. Must be available to work most Saturdays, some early mornings, and be flexible for special events. There will be some long days on your feet, so candidate must be able to tolerate. Creativity, ingenuity, and the ability to multi-task are musts. Someone with sales and social media experience is a huge plus.
