At our firm, we run “split desks.” In other words, we have candidate champions and client consultants.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for new business development, to include existing account expansion. You will work closely with the Company Founder, Owner and CEO. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Operations
Manager and Executive Recruiters on the team.
Main Responsibilities
• Partner with clients to obtain a clear view on the client’s hiring needs
• Oversee the development of client overviews and detailed position descriptions.
• Complete client research, as well as develop knowledge of competitors and local market place
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and position compatibility
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries in coordination with the
Recruiting team
• Complete supervisory and/or professional references for all candidates at the finalist stage
• Facilitate the offer negotiation process through to its completion
• Follow-up with clients as needed to grow and expand relationships in Middle TN and Southern KY
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships
• Conduct 30-60-90-180-365 day status checks with clients following candidate placement.
Compensation & Geography
This is a 100% commission opportunity. A monthly draw is available. Our commission plan is very
competitive. You have the potential to make as follows:
Year 1: $70 to 85K
Year 2 $85 to 110K
Year 3: $105K to 125K+
Additionally, we do work all over the country. Your focus will be Kentucky and Northern Middle TN. However, you will have free reign to work with clients all over the United States.
