It is well known that successful companies employ the team concept to achieve their goals and mission.  As teams are formed, personalities quickly emerge to guide and direct the outcomes and ultimately the success of the company. This seminar is focused on understanding EQ of your team mates and how to most effectively communicate with your team.  How to make connections with your team that transition into trust and strong relationships, and why teambuilding and adding value is so critical to a culture of excellence.  

Learner Outcomes:  
· Participants will understand their emotional intelligence rating and how to maximize their strengths on a team.  
· Participants will develop an appreciation for diversity and how to best communicate with various personality styles
· Participants will understand the importance of making connections with team mates and how those connections are integrated into a successful team.  
· Participants will develop an understanding of how teambuilding is incorporated into a culture of excellence.
