Keynote speaker Greg Coker feels we've gone from total "management" (from industrial revolution to around the late 70's) to almost all "leadership." He credits an almost over emphasis on leadership in business school and admits "leadership" is more enjoyable. Unfortunately, we're "under" managing in many cases and make the false assumption that our folks would rather be "led" and not "managed." In this powerful workshop/presentation, Greg Coker demonstrates why it has to be management "AND" leadership and not "OR."
