Overview
A hands-on workshop designed to assist organizations in understanding the importance of data-driven decisions, some of the available software tools that may aid them, and a brief introduction into one of the selected software tools.

Learning Objectives:
· To be able to define the term “Big Data”.
· To describe how data analytics are used in organizational decision-making.
· To use Microsoft Excel® for basic analytic needs.
· To explore additional software options for changing business needs and increasingly larger volumes of data.

Please Note: All attendees should bring their own laptops. The minimum software configuration is Microsoft Office 2013 (Windows) or equivalent on Macs.
