POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Description:  
Afni is hiring a Client Services Manager to serve as the single point of contact for Client Partners and Operational Managers, working to instill confidence, loyalty and trust in Afni. The Client Services Manager will act as the subject matter expert / project manager for program(s) supported. Assist in the development of operational action plans to achieve ongoing improvements in key performance areas. 
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with Center management teams through on-going support and coordination of client communications. Work closely with Center management teams to prepare staffing timelines, analyze call arrival patterns, monitor and drive performance management, create and document actions plans and work closely with the corporate support teams to make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:  

1. College degree required. Banking course work with emphasis on trust functions, law in banking or accounting is preferred.

2. 3-5 years of applicable experience.

Description:  

Develops and manages commercial loan accounts which meet established lending requirements and maximize profitability while minimizing risk.

1. Interviews loan applicants, collects, analyzes financial and related data to determine general credit worthiness of the prospect and the merits of the specific loan request.

2. Establishes and negotiates terms under which credit will be extended, including costs, repayment method and schedule and collateral requirements.

3. Collects and analyzes information which reflects current credit worthiness of customers and current merits of existing loans.

4. Monitors loan repayment activities and takes necessary action to collect from past due accounts.

5. Adhere to customer service standards to ensure that inquiries are handled in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.

6. Develops new business by contacting prospects and customers and participates in the officer call program.

7. Participates in community affairs to increase the bank's visibility and to enhance new business opportunities.

Requirements:  

1. College education is preferred. Appropriate areas include (but are not limited to) business, finance or marketing.

2. Five years or more experience in a lending function (bank preferred) is necessary.

3. Other bank experience is preferred.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
