The Director of IT, under the direction of the CTOO, is responsible for maintaining smooth operations of all Credit Union networks, systems, applications and end user systems. This position supervises the network/help desk staff providing daily direction and support to meet the operational goals. Responsible for diagnoses and resolution of complex connectivity and network issues, and monitors system security, backup, and virus protection. Evaluates, recommends, and implements network software and hardware, and assists in the development of IT strategies, policies, and DR planning. Maintains professional business relations with associates, members and outside contacts. Keeps management well informed of area activities. Supports and promotes the Credit Union’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
