Ribbon Cutting for The Grind by Mazing Manny

Welcome to The Grind by Mazing Manny where you will receive the results you want. Mazing Manny specializes in group, personal, and online training and coaching.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the State of Kentucky has mandated all individuals must wear a facemask in public. We want to ensure the safety of our participants and ask you to adhere to the criteria of wearing a face mask in public areas.
